I've been a real estate professional for over 50 years and I'd rather have Diane represent me than doing it myself. She handled the details of listing my home, including helping me establish the listing price, hiring the best photographer to produce a virtual tour of the home which showed it off to its best advantage. She worked and coordinated showings of the home by her firm and other brokers which resulted in a contract being put into escrow within two weeks of the listing being published! After escrow was established she helped with every aspect of the contract requirements including, but not limited to, arranging the septic inspection and subsequent repair, propane reading to facilitate the prorations between buyer and seller, and helping the escrow agency by answering questions and making sure they received the documents and information they requested. She even kept track of the buyer's loan application and subsequent paperwork because it might have caused a delay to the closing date. Her skill, experience and natural diplomatic way made the relationships with all parties go as smoothly as possible. Very highly recommended

"Diane Clarke is an experienced real estate professional with great “people skills,” who shepherded my husband and me through a recent difficult sale. Through the 5-month period Diane gave us continual feedback on buyers’ impressions; she was always available to take our calls; when repairs were needed (we had already moved out of state) Diane brought in skilled and reasonable contractors; when we eventually received an offer she gave good advice on how to counter and then how to respond to requests for repairs. This was a difficult sale because the home had a traditional layout in a market where most of the buyers were looking for “open concept,” but Diane stuck with the challenge and helped us conclude the deal."

"Diane's knowledge of the area was what I needed, moving from another state. But what was most important was that she listened to me, to what I wanted, how I intend to live and of course my modest budget. However, she was still able was able to see past my parameters to also include properties that had definite appeal to me on different levels. When we found the house I purchased, her expertise arranged for "pre-possession" of the property so I had a small cushion of time which is necessary when moving from so far away. As a buyer, I have no knowledge of such things so I really look to my realtors for answers to simple as well as complex problems with relocation. Diane has got lots of ideas. Good ones. I have already recommended her to another friend!"
